Dosage
Sensitivity to amanita muscaria can vary significantly in different people, so the dosage is always selected individually. In practice, the optimal dose for most people is 0.7 – 1.5 grams per day (2 – 4 capsules, with a weight of one capsule of 350 mg).
The effective dose should not cause an altered state of consciousness. The effect of microdosing is cumulative. Positive changes begin to unfold gradually and become noticeable after 10-14 days.
You start taking 2 capsules per day: one in the morning shortly before meals, the other in the evening, an hour – an hour and a half before bedtime. After a week of taking it, you can increase this amount by 1-2 capsules, depending on your own feelings.
You should start microdosing with the minimum dose: one capsule in the morning + one capsule in the evening.
Take it this way for one week.
If during this time you do not feel any effect, then from the second week we increase it to 2 capsules in the morning + 2 capsules in the evening.
If from this regimen you also do not feel the effects in the form of normalization of the psycho-emotional background, improvement of mood, alignment of sleep, increase of stress resistance and efficiency, then from the third week the dose can be increased to 3 capsules in the morning and evening – this is the maximum amount, which should not be exceeded.
