Payment is made:
- online payment on the website
- payment to a Privat and Monobank card using the details provided;
- by post-payment (“Nova Poshta”).
If the order was placed with post-payment, then upon receipt of the parcel the recipient must pay: the goods, delivery, and sending money to the online store.

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
The online store “Mudry Mukhomor” delivers orders across Ukraine by transport companies: Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
Free delivery:
Orders over 2000 UAH (after discounts and promotions) are delivered free of charge by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta within Ukraine.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipments are carried out by Ukrposhta.

ORDER SENDING PROCESS
1. Order confirmation or SMS with payment details.
2. Order payment or cash on delivery.
3. Product assembly and packaging.
4. TTN formation – after this, the order is considered completed.
Shipping – on the same or next business day.
5. SMS with TTN number for tracking.
6. Delivery 1–2 days (depends on the courier service).
7. SMS notification about the arrival of the parcel at the branch.
8. Receipt of the parcel and payment in case of cash on delivery.
- You can return the product within 14 days if for some reason it did not suit you;
- for whole caps, tinctures, oils, chocolate, return is possible, even after opening the product;
- for capsules, return is possible only if the control of opening the jar is maintained;
- the shipment of the goods is at your expense and we transfer the funds back after receiving the goods to our warehouse.
