Terms of return and exchange

If you receive an item of improper quality or a defective product, please contact our manager — we will promptly help resolve the situation. You will be offered a product exchange or a refund.

Regulatory Information

According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Rights Protection’”, dietary supplements of proper quality belong to the category of food products and are not subject to return or exchange, except when the product is unsuitable for consumption.

Product Return or Exchange

The customer may return or exchange a product of improper quality within 14 days from the date of delivery. If a dietary supplement unsuitable for consumption is received, we:

  • replace the product with a suitable one;
  • or refund the amount paid.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact the manager by phone or via chat.

Reasons for Replacing an Unsuitable Product

  • the product contains foreign substances or objects;
  • is mechanically, chemically, or biologically damaged;
  • shows signs of spoilage.

Replacement is carried out within 2 business days from the moment the product is received. If an identical product is not available, the customer may:

  • choose another product with a cost adjustment;
  • receive a full refund;
  • wait for the arrival of the same product.

Refund Policy

  • the cost of the product and its shipping is refunded (if the product was unsuitable);
  • funds are not refunded for items that do not meet return conditions (incomplete set, damage, missing seals, etc.);
  • refunds are issued within 5 business days after the product is inspected.

Reasons for Denial of Return or Exchange

  • the product has been used;
  • has defects resulting from use;
  • is returned incomplete.

Order Cancellation

If the order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse, you may cancel it by notifying the manager by phone.

Return Procedure

In case a defect is detected, the Customer must notify the Seller within 14 days. The product must be sent to the seller for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, the customer will be reimbursed the cost of the product.

Important: the return date is considered the date specified by the carrier on the parcel. The return and exchange of products of proper quality are carried out at the customer’s expense.
